What to include
- Bug reports: what page you were on, what device/browser, and what happened
- Exercise suggestions: any move you'd like to see added to the database, ideally with a source or a video showing correct form
- Corrections: if a guide gets something wrong or out of date, tell me which page and I'll fix it
- Partnership or advertising inquiries
I read every message personally. As a small independent project it may take a few days to respond, but nothing goes unread.
Response time and data
Typical response time is 2–4 business days. I don't run newsletters or store any personal data from this form — email is the only channel, and messages are used only to reply to you. See the privacy policy for details.
